Team SportsThis course is designed to teach and apply the principles of lifetime physical fitness, utilizing the five major components: cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. An emphasis will be placed on team sports, sportsmanship and camaraderie. Students will apply the biomechanics necessary for the safe and successful performance of activities, develop personal goals and learn the importance of exercise as well as how to live a healthy lifestyle now and for future well-being.
